Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a Service Drive Manager for our franchise automotive dealership in Texas. You will lead the quick lane service team, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth daily shop operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining parts inventory, supervising advisers and technicians, documenting repairs, and driving customer satisfaction. A strong service mindset and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid Texas Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule quick lane service appointments
• Maintain inventory of quick lane supplies and parts
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
• Monitor and improve department productivity
• Oversee daily activities of the quick lane, including advisors and technicians.
• Ensure all repairs and shop duties are documented and completed by the end of each day.
• Monitor workflow to minimize disruptions and improve shop production.
• Maintain the facility and equipment
• Conduct weekly department meetings/attend weekly manager meetings
