Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 4-advisor team focused on performance.
• Drive key performance metrics like CSI and advisor effectiveness.
• Develop advisors through feedback and training.
• Ensure a customer-first experience while maintaining efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy.
