Job summary

Ourismanva is seeking a Rental Associate and Customer Representative in Chantilly, VA. The role involves greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, writing repair orders for PDIs, managing the loaner fleet, and handling after-sale items.

You will deliver outstanding customer service in a busy service lane. Ideal candidates have excellent verbal communication, a professional positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
• Manage the loaner fleet –Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers.
• Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service all day.
