Job summary

Ourisman KIA Chantilly is seeking a friendly, reliable Service Lane Assistant for weekend shifts. You’ll greet customers, schedule service appointments, help write repair orders, and manage loaner vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.

This part-time role offers a consistent Saturday schedule with no weekday shifts, perfect for students or caregivers. Training provided; prior dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and vehicles in the Service Lane.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Assist with writing repair orders and PDIs.
• Manage the loaner fleet: cleaning, prep, and agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish.
