Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa is looking for a Service Lane Attendant to greet customers and manage vehicle flow as they arrive for service. You will tag cars, direct them to a service advisor, and shuttle customers to designated areas, helping maintain an efficient service line.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions. This role supports the Rental/Loaner Department as needed and requires adherence to all

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing.
• Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicles to be serviced.
• Shuttle customers to and from desired locations.
• Maintain Daily Shuttle log.
• Assist in the Rental/Loaner Department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving for service and direct them to a service advisor.
• Tag vehicles and move them through the line to keep service flow smooth.
• Shuttle customers to and from parking areas and service lanes.
• Assist in the Write Up and Delivery process as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls and support shuttle operations.
