Job summary

Jenkins Acura in Jacksonville is seeking a Service Lane Attendant to warmly welcome service customers, tag vehicles, and move cars to designated parking areas while guiding them to a service advisor for write-ups.

The role requires an unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a hands-on, frontline position focused on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and Assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing
• Install disposable covers and floor mats in the interior of vehicles to be serviced
• Assist Service Consultants in the Write Up and Delivery process as needed
• Assist in answering in-coming phone calls
• Shuttle customers to and/or from their desired locations
• Maintain Daily Shuttle log
• Assist in the Rental/Loaner Department as needed
• Run miscellaneous errands as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
