The role requires an unrestricted driver's license and the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions; you will shuttle vehicles, maintain shuttle logs, and assist in rental/loaner operations while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing.
• Shuttle customers to and from desired locations.
• Tag cars and route them to service advisors for write‑ups.
• Answer in-coming phone calls and assist where needed.
• Maintain daily shuttle log and assist rental/loaner dept as required.
• Follow all safety and company policies.
