Job summary

Jenkins Genesis of Jacksonville is seeking a Service Lane Attendant to greet customers, tag cars and move vehicles through the service line, and direct them to a service advisor for write-up. It requires an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

The role includes shuttling customers, assisting in the Rental/Loaner Department as needed, answering calls, and maintaining the shuttle log in a dealership

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers arriving for service.
• Must have unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing
• Install disposable covers and floor mats in interiors to be serviced
• Shuttle customers to and from desired locations
• Maintain Daily Shuttle log
• Assist Rental/Loaner Department as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
