Jenkins Auto Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Lane Attendant to warmly greet customers as they arrive for service, tag vehicles, and guide them to a service advisor for write-up. You will move cars to the back lot, shuttle customers, and support the Rental/Loaner area as needed.

A valid driver''s license and clean driving record are required, with ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ability to drive both auto and manual.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing.
• Tag vehicles and guide them to service advisors for write-up.
• Move cars to designated parking areas in the back lot and shuttle customers as needed.
• Shuttle customers to and from desired locations and maintain shuttle log.
• Assist Rental/Loaner Department as needed and run miscellaneous errands as assigned by Management.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
