Job summary

Lexus of Roseville, a Lithia Motors store, is hiring a Service Greeter to welcome customers and guide them to the right service team. This full-time, on-site position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support dealership operations.

You will interact with customers, help manage the service lane flow, and assist Service Advisors as needed. Prior dealership or customer service experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or automotive dealership experience.
• Comfort assisting customers and responding to questions.
• Comfort working with dealership team members throughout the day.
• Comfort keeping work organized and completing tasks.
• Comfortable learning dealership procedures and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service lane.
• Communicate customer arrivals to Service Advisors and other service team members.
• Help customers navigate the dealership and answer general questions.
• Help move or stage customer vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service lane.
• Provide additional support to the service department.
