Qualifications

• 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience
• Experience assisting customers through chat and email support
• Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users
• Open availability Sunday–Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; schedule will vary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Provide administrative support to sales and service teams
• Help with basic data entry and record keeping
