Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized service lane area.
Provide information about service offerings and promotions.
Coordinate with service advisors to manage customer flow and minimize wait times.
Address immediate customer concerns and elevate issues as necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Manage vehicle flow in the service lane, ensuring an efficient environment.
