You will perform a quick walk-around of the vehicle, note any damage, and maintain a courteous, professional appearance while supporting the service team.

This entry-level front-line role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Customer service focus and positive attitude.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Obtain and record basic demographic information using the dealership form.
• Answer basic inquiries and refer complex questions to the appropriate person.
• Perform a walk-around with the customer and note vehicle condition.
• Direct customers to an appropriate service advisor or introduce them to a lead advisor.
• Collect VIN and mileage, and tag each vehicle for identification.
• Place a protective mat on the driver's side floorboard and guide vehicles in/out of the service drive.
• Fill windshield wiper fluid and handle cash transactions as directed.
• Maintain service filings and present a professional appearance.
• Collaborate with the team to complete assigned tasks on time.
