St. Charles Nissan Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team, supporting a busy service department and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will help customers understand services, explain procedures, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining a professional, positive attitude. As a key member of our service team, you will handle owner inquiries, provide timely updates, and ensure customers feel informed and cared.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing tasks that leave a positive impression for the dealership.
• Provide support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person, to ensure proper handling.
• Perform follow-up calls to customers.
• Assist with incoming calls to the service department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

• Providesupport for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

• Perform follow-up calls

• Help answer incoming phone calls to the service department
