In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive prompt assistance and follow up on inquiries, contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Providesupport for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Perform follow-up calls
