Job summary

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. seeks a Manager, Service and Installation in Columbus, OH.

You will supervise PSAP and data center installation teams, manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensure high quality service delivery in support of 9-1-1 and emergency communications systems. The role requires 8+ years of related experience including supervisory duties, hands-on network installation knowledge, and experience with 9-1-1 solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience including supervisory experience.
Experience with computer systems / IP network installation.
Experience with 911 solutions and 911 call handling.
Ideal candidate located in the greater Columbus, OH area.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor installation and maintenance technicians at PSAPs and data centers.
Review deliverables, scheduling, and mitigate issues affecting teams or clients.
Provide on-site leadership during significant milestones (installation, testing, quality checks).
Serve as primary contact for installation and maintenance to the PM and client.
Communicate with client, cross functional teams, and external providers; maintain responsiveness.
Coordinate and host program meetings with clients and internal SMEs.
