Job summary

Allied Fire Protection in Nashville, TN, seeks a Service Manager to oversee all service and inspection activities, monitor revenue and productivity, and drive continuous process improvement.

You will coordinate with Premier Accounts, develop pricing for inspectors and service sales, lead weekly meetings, and mentor a team while delivering risk assessments and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some secondary education desirable.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 10 years of experience in installation, service, and/or inspection of water-based fire sprinkler systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Management.
• 2+ years of experience in direct profit and loss responsibility.
• 5+ years of fire sprinkler sales and/or service, preferred.
• Experience with fire alarm and suppression systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service and inspection processes.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, and productivity metrics.
• Grow and manage alarm/extinguisher/suppression service and inspection business.
• Oversee audits and improve work instructions for integrity.
• Coordinate with Premier Accounts for customer needs.
• Provide risk assessment training to staff.
• Develop and update sales pricing for inspectors and service sales.
• Manage service sales budget and resources with CEO.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Travel to other offices for support as needed.
• Lead weekly team meetings.
