Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire systems per NFPA 25, local codes, and company standards.
Accurately document inspection findings and generate detailed reports.
Identify deficiencies and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Communicate with customers to explain system conditions and ensure understanding.
Work closely with service and repair teams to schedule follow-up work.
Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle in excellent condition.
