Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Service and Hospitality Manager to assist the General Manager with daily FOH operations and staff training at our Las Vegas venue. You will uphold high standards of service, hospitality, and guest experience while coordinating with culinary and management teams.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, a focus on guest interactions, and the ability to train staff across multiple FOH positions.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professional appearance and hospitable environment for all guests.
• Lead and develop a service-driven team with table-side interactions.
• Oversee guest recovery and online complaint responses.
• Train FOH staff in various positions to maintain proficiency.
• Ensure service and delivery meet restaurant standards.
• Assist in hosting guest events and maintain venue cleanliness.
