Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Service & Hospitality Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations and staff training at our Las Vegas venue. You will ensure hospitality standards, drive guest experiences, and lead a service-driven team across front-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate brings 2 years in a high-volume restaurant/lounge, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing.
• Able to bend and lift up-to 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing job duties or tasks that may require repetitive motion.
• Willing to work in an environment with hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards.
• Create and maintain a hospitable environment for guests.
• Lead and develop a service-driven FOH team.
• Oversee guest recovery and online complaint responses.
• Train staff on menus and product knowledge with cross-department collaboration.
• Ensure food, drinks, and service meet restaurant standards.
• Assist in planning and executing hospitality events.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and FOH cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with back-of-house during service.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and staff development.
