Job summary

Mac Haik Houston Chevy is seeking a Service Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, building relationships, answering inquiries, and pursuing service opportunities.

You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the service and sales teams to exceed goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
