Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments with follow-ups.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads not ready for an appointment or who no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions to maintain positive relationships.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Make outgoing calls to set up service appointments for customers' vehicles.
