Job summary

Byers Ford is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist in converting inquiries into sales by offering friendly, responsive support and scheduling appointments. You will use our CRM to track leads and collaborate with the sales team to improve processes.

Standard hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, at our Ohio dealership. You will present basic financing options, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and help guide customers to the right dealership

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Proficient with computers.
• Pre-employment background check & drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Available to work 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday.
