Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the right person or location.
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage and any vehicle damage during check-in.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, stalls and parking lot as required.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area; reports any lot damage immediately.
