Job summary

BMW CPO Nashville, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Service Greeter/Porter to move service customer vehicles and maintain an orderly service parking area. Compensation is $18 hourly with ample room for career growth within the dealership and Sonic Automotive.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recording vehicle details, directing traffic, parking, and transferring keys/ROs to Service Advisors. A professional appearance and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and hold a valid driver's license
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable performance of duties

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly attitude and directs them appropriately
• Records customer details (name, VIN, mileage, damage) for service appointments
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot
• Maintains a clean, safe service drive area and reports any incidents
• Distributes keys and repair orders to the correct Advisor after parking
• Represents a professional appearance and performs additional duties as assigned
