DMG MORI USA, Inc. Houston Technical Center is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage field service operations, scheduling, and customer communications. You will ensure timely responses, coordination with FSEs, and support across the service lifecycle.
The role requires 5–7 years in service engineering, knowledge of CNC systems and PLCs, and strong teamwork with international factories. On-site work with 40+ hours weekly and travel up to 25% are expected.
