Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive or similar experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, Hire, Train, Develop, and Retain high performing associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and recognize team members when warranted; resolve customer concerns within 24–48 hours.
• Meet/exceed department performance expectations as set forth by management.
• Train, monitor, and coach Service Advisors and CSRs to an exceptional level.
• Oversee shop production with technicians to achieve profitability and productivity targets.
• Establish and monitor schedules; ensure adherence to policies, processes and financial controls.
