Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and follow through on assignments.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated and sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently; answer vehicle questions.
• Maintain Customer Success Index per company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts/tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service dept. training.
• Reinforce company policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster good relations with factories and employees.
