You will take ownership of the customer journey, coordinate technician workload, and handle inquiries both in person and by phone. The role requires strong people management, communication, and organizational skills, plus a clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and carry out assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians’ time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
