Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience with exceptional service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Manage technicians' time to maximize service sales.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service-department training.
• Reinforce company policies and foster positive employee relations.
