Job summary

Nordstrom in Newark, DE is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager who is goal-oriented and passionate about the business of fashion. You will influence, collaborate, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with store teams, assist with budgets, protect customer information, and ensure adherence to service and cash room procedures while driving adoption of new behaviors and processes.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving goals and strong productivity.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Own disciplines and process adoption with technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Coach a team of specialists to educate and adopt new behaviors and processes.
• Build relationships with merchandising and store teams to drive customer-driven initiatives.
• Assist with budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Protect security and privacy of customer information and education on compliance.
• Perform Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
