MCT Companies in City of Industry, CA, is seeking a Service Administrator to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, delivering outstanding service from intake to finish. You will initiate service requests, assess needs, verify warranty coverage, prepare estimates, and manage repair orders.

The role is on-site, Mon-Fri, 6:30am–3:00pm, with on-site responsibilities and direct interaction with customers and technicians, ensuring timely updates and accurate pricing

Competenze

• Excellent customer service and communication are required.
• Strong accounting background is essential.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is mandatory.
• Ability to translate complex topics for customers.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints over phone and in-person.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Document and update company and customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Coordinate customer repairs and installations.
• Provide updates to customers as their work is completed.
• Offer pricing quotes and advise on repairs.
• Open, prepare, and close out service repair orders.
• Obtain required PO numbers from customers and follow up for missing information.
