Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with laptops and modern software suites (Windows, Google Workspace, Mac, CRM systems).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to owner concerns and document them clearly.
• Translate technician notes into simple owner explanations.
• Proactively communicate vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
• Explain estimates and invoices with clarity.
• Maintain thorough records of customer communications and repairs.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality and process standards.
• Collaborate with Rivian’s Service Support Operations Center and local service center teams.
• Assist in launching new Service Center locations and training initiatives.
• Support warranty repairs and adherence to automotive repair laws.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate with production for after-hours service.
