Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, customer service, quality assurance, or healthcare support.
• Experience in call center operations, DME, medical device, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and screens.
• Occasional travel up to 5% annually.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service quality through call reviews and process observation to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, shipment delays, and other operational exceptions.
• Assist with product and system setup, and maintain accurate operational data.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators, Customer Care, Billing, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance, onboarding, and training to new team members.
