Job summary

Performance Food Group (Performance Foodservice) is seeking a Service Excellence Analyst to analyze operational and customer experience data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, enhance customer satisfaction, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, data entry support, and coordinating projects while maintaining professional office operations and communication

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
Strong computer skills with MS Word/Excel; ability to communicate effectively.
Experience with data analysis and creating basic reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications.
Answer phones and direct calls to recipients.
Monitor and coordinate schedules and greet visitors.
Prepare letters, reports, and forms; support data entry tasks.
