Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop actionable insights, and support internal stakeholders with reports, presentations, and communications while handling office coordination and data tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is not specified; HS diploma required with strong analytical capability.
• Experience in data analysis, operational reporting, and customer experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and customer experience data to identify trends and root causes.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for stakeholders.
