Weingartz in Clarkston, MI is seeking a staging assistant to support service technicians by preparing equipment and coordinating the triage process for both shifts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Hi-Lo operator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stage equipment for service technicians and prepare triage process for shifts.
• Check in and tag customer equipment and manage loading/unloading for drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Maintain clean, organized staging areas and ensure equipment is cleaned before entering service.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks to support service operations.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, uphold quality through accurate, detail-oriented work.
