Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking a qualified candidate to coordinate staging, transport, and installation of manufacturing equipment at our Boise site. The role involves partnering with internal teams, contractors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth moves and timely installations.

You will develop schedules, track progress, and address issues to minimize production disruption. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with equipment moves, strong communication, and a focus on safety and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting equipment moves, staging, transportation, construction, coordination, or rigging.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment staging, transportation, delivery, installation, and relocation.
• Partner with tool owners, contractors, and logistics providers to support moves and installations.
• Develop and manage equipment move schedules aligned with installation timelines and priorities.
• Support logistics for manufacturing, laboratory, and facility operations while minimizing disruption to site production.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges related to equipment movement, staging, and installation.
