Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in Florida is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer/Technical Support professional with 2+ years in service or manufacturing to support a critical separation initiative and day-to-day technical tasks. You will repair and set up products, maintain service records in SAP, and work closely with the Senior Service Engineer and the Services team, including tooling design and process improvements.

This role requires hands-on work with power tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service/manufacturing/repair/technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to document and support multiple tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual tech support.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and setting up products.
• Maintaining service records and transactions in SAP.
• Working hands-on with power tools and handpieces.
• Assist with tooling design.
• Assist with other process improvement initiatives as needed.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a service, manufacturing, repair, or technical support environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to support a variety of responsibilities, including documentation, equipment setup, test fixtures, and cross-site support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to provide virtual technical support and maintain accurate documentation.

Desired Skills

• Experience with documentation in SAP
• Experience in Manufacturing

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

Must have at least 2 or more years' experience within the service or manufacturing industry.

This role will support a critical business separation initiative as the company separates by year-end.

The individual will work closely with the Senior Service Engineer and the broader Services team, helping to manage separation-related activities while providing day-to-day technical support.
