Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex data warehouse, infrastructure, and cloud initiatives across multiple locations. You will define scope and deliverables, develop detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestone success.

The role requires translating requirements into actionable tasks, managing testing and defects, and applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT data warehouse, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms across multiple locations.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
• Proficient in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using industry tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and align with milestones.
• Create and manage test cases, coordinate testing activities and ensure QA standards.
• Oversee defect tracking and timely communication of fixes.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
• Contribute to PMO governance, refining processes and standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage issues proactively.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.

• Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate framework based on project needs.
• Ability to contribute to PMO development, including refining governance standards, processes, and best practices.
• Experience identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, managing issues proactively, and maintaining project stability.
• Ability to provide regular status updates, including dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level summaries tailored to various audiences.
• Experience facilitating project meetings, driving clarity, alignment, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring adherence to change control and compliance processes throughout delivery.
