Job summary

TruNorth Automation in Minnesota is seeking a Service Engineer who balances hands-on robotics work with software development to support our life science and medical device automation equipment. You will travel to customer sites up to 50%, assist upgrades and installations, and help the growing Service Team deliver world-class customer service.

A Bachelor's in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering with GPA 3.0 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Internship/co-op or team project related to control systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in service roles with software, motion control, PLC, or robotics preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel by air or car, up to 50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
