Focus
  • Travel to customer facilities to inspect, diagnose, and restore robotic and electromechanical systems.
  • Apply software or firmware updates, verify system performance, and support safe restart after service activity.
  • Replace components, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and document repair outcomes.
  • Partner with customers, integrators, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment uptime.
  • Support receiving, staging, shipment preparation, and basic inspection of equipment and parts.
  • Maintain clear service records and elevate recurring technical issues, product risks, and field observations.
  • Assist with demos, pilot activity, and customer training sessions when needed.
Skill Set
  • Bachelor’s degree in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Working knowledge of robotics, automation systems, industrial equipment, or similar electromechanical platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a field environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50 percent or more, based on customer and project needs.
  • Experience with robot programming, collaborative robots, or industrial robotics is preferred.
  • Korean language skills are helpful, but not required.
