ProAutomated is seeking a travel-focused field technician to keep automation projects moving across North America. You will work directly with customers, partners, and engineers to ensure systems start up and run smoothly in critical environments.

• Technical degree or hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• 3+ years in related field.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate on-site systems.
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers and project teams to keep progress smooth and accurate.
• Travel rotations follow a days on/off schedule: 5 on 2 off, 10 on 4 off, or 14 on 7 off.
