MINI of Ramsey, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Courtesy Drivers to join our dealership team. The role involves greeting and transporting customers and supporting service operations.

We offer full and part-time schedules, morning and Saturday availability, and a competitive pay of $16–$18 per hour based on experience. Benefits and growth opportunities are available within our total rewards program.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
