Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey is seeking technicians to join our service department. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

We hire for 1–2 years of automotive repair experience or recent technical school graduates. ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus. A valid driver’s license is required and driving history must meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Recent technical school graduates.
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department.
