Job summary

MINI of Ramsey, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Class B and C technicians with 2–5 years in a dealership or private shop. ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred; must use scan tools and service information systems.

You will diagnose, perform brake, suspension, steering, engine maintenance and electrical diagnostics, road-test vehicles, document repairs, and maintain tool inventory. Full-time, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Class B and/or C level technicians with 2-5 years of experience in a dealership or private shop
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems
• Ability to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair order with accuracy and safety standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs per safety rules.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document work, test results, and times on repair orders.
• Maintain inventory of common mechanic tools.
