Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey is seeking skilled Technicians for a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Earn $25.00 to $35.00 per flat rate hour, with a full-time schedule and potential incentives based on performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a dealership or private shop, up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications, and proficiency with scan tools, brake, suspension, steering, engine maintenance and electrical diagnostics. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technician experience in a dealership or private shop.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications up-to-date.
• Ability to perform brake, suspension and steering repairs.
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and record procedures and test results.
• Road-test vehicles as needed and document outcomes.
• Maintain an inventory of common mechanic tools.
