Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group in Orange Park/Jacksonville is seeking a strategic Vehicle Exchange Manager to work with the Service Department. You’ll use equity, mileage, repair needs, and current market conditions to identify upgrade opportunities for customers on the service drive.

This is a consultative, service-to-sales role—not a traditional showroom position. You’ll build relationships, review CRM data, and present upgrades that help customers save money while driving dealership growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive sales or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle equity and trade values.
• Comfortable working on the service drive and engaging customers.
• Consultative selling and closing skills without high-pressure tactics.
• Proficient with CRM and dealership tools.

Responsibilities

• Review daily service appointments to identify exchange opportunities.
• Engage customers with a professional, low-pressure approach.
• Coordinate vehicle appraisals and present upgrade options.
• Track results and improve the service-to-sales process.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to create seamless introductions.
