Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years' service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
• Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in monitoring the service lane and workload of technicians.
• Help ensure time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Lead and motivate service team to achieve goals and maintain positive morale.
