Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Dispatcher to support branch operations and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will train and mentor new team members while coordinating service technicians and maintaining accurate records.

You will manage calendars, dispatch technicians to sites, monitor parts and training, and keep customers informed with proactive communications. Strong CRM and scheduling software experience is required in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage technician calendars and assignments, and dispatch to customer locations.
• Monitor work in progress, update service manager on status, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure technicians have training, parts, and certifications needed for work.
• Maintain regular communication with technicians and customers throughout the day.
• Review dashboards and assist management in improving customer and business metrics.
